Our Mac & Cheese! Spiraling Cavatappi, J.A.G  Cheese Sauce.  We use four types of cheese to make this one of Jag’s signature dishes. Parmesan, herb panko breadcrumb crust.

Jag BBQ Ribs

Local Side pork ribs dry rubbed with J.A.G. Spice Rub, grilled, J.A.G. BBQ Sauce.  Mac & Cheese, J.A.G Cheese Sauce herb crouton crumble.  Organic Greens, teardrop tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, shredded carrot,  toasted pumpkin seeds. Warm Honey cayenne drizzled cornbread. 

Vegan option:  Mac & cheese with pumpkin “Parmesan”. Grilled beyond sausage with roasted peppers & sweet onions.

Braised Black Pepper Short Ribs

Angus Beef Ribs Braised 5 hours, Fresh salsa verde.  Gnocchi, with butter, cream, spinach, parmesan.  Arugula Salad, fennel, oranges, pinenuts, parmesan.  House-made Focaccia cold-pressed olive oil.

Vegan Option: Grilled cauliflower steak on White Bean Romesco sauce, a drizzle of olive oil.

Tandoori Roasted chicken in Jag’s Butter Sauce.  Basmati Rice, toasted cumin, and peas.  Green Beans, chilies, garlic, black mustard seeds.  Naan bread, cilantro chutney, mint raita.

Vegan Option: Tandoori roasted Tofu in Jag Vegan Butter Sauce.

Salmon with Red Pepper Beurre Blanc

Grilled Atlantic salmon filet gently roasted with Olive oil and white wine.  Potato herb pave.  Seasonal green vegetables.  French roll.      

Vegan Option: Walnut Mushroom Meatloaf, mushroom gravy. Roast New potatoes, herbs.

Udon Noodle Bowl with Crispy Teriyaki Chicken

Dredged deep-fried thighs J.A.G Teriyaki Ginger Sauce, shanghai bok choy, carrot, celery, sprouts, onion, green beans.  Steamed Udon Noodle in J.A.G Teriyaki Ginger Sauce with toasted sesame seeds.  Asian Green salad with apple, miso dressing.

Vegan Option: Udon Noodle Bowl with Crispy Tofu, Dredged fried tofu, in  J.A.G Teriyaki Ginger Sauce, Shanghai bok choy, carrot, celery, sprouts, onion, green beans.

Local BC Cod, 48-hour miso marinate.  Farro Risotto, butter, edamame, kale chips.  Braised Shanghai baby Bok choy, mushroom, green onion, sesame oil, oyster sauce.  Asian Green salad with apple, miso dressing.

Vegan Option:  Jackfruit Cakes, green onion, potato, corn, Vegan tartar sauce, Fried Rice, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, lemon, parsley.

Spicy Kung Pao Cauliflower (v)

Dredged cauliflower florets, sesame oil, soy sauce, Kung Pao Sauce, chilies, peanuts, scallions, ginger, tamari sauce.   Shanghai Noodles, sesame oil, hoisin, chilies, garlic, cabbage, carrots, braised Shanghai baby bok choy, mushroom, green onion.  Organic green salad.

Beer-braised Jackfruit, battered fried avocado halves, vegan ranch dressing, lime, cilantro leaves.  Southern Fried Rice, garlic, onion, corn, carrot, peppers, pineapple, Lemon pumpkin parmesan.  Green beans and shallot.
