Burger Bar 27.95 Per Person
Our burgers are handmade and packed with tons of flavour. We make all our own spice rubs, spreads, BBQ sauces, and aioli, which take our burgers to a whole new level.
Burger bar includes brioche buns, smoked bacon, sauteed mushrooms, medium cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, crisp fried onions, fresh onion, kosher pickles, roasted onion mayo, mustard, relish, ketchup, and J.A.G BBQ sauce.
The order includes:
Mediterranean Organic Greens: With tear from tomatoes, red onions with toasted pumpkin seeds, and crumbled Salt Spring Island goat cheese.
Penne Pesto Pasta: With artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan in a creamy basil pesto dressing.
Fresh Fruit Platter: With fresh melons, seasonal stone fruits, and berries.
Baskets of Gourmet Cookies and Biscotti.
